About Whistle & Crook  

Whistle and Crook Stock Dog Services Inc. is a 501C3 non profit corporation.

Our mission is both promote the use of, and provide education about herding dogs for livestock management and competition.    

To this end we host each year the Northwest Championship Sheepdog Trial the third weekend in May. It is held simultanious to the Linn County Lamb and Wool Fair in Scio Oregon.

We alo hold several clinics each year with top herding trainers from around the world as well as respected local trainers.

We are currently developing programs to reach out to the commercal sheep producers in the Willamette valley. The first of these is a program to subsidise the cost of sheepdog training lessons for people working for these producers.   

Additionally we run a crew of people called "Get Set" that offers sheep setting services for local competitions.
