Information for Spectators

We want this trial to be a special experience for spectators and handlers alike

Spectators at the trial

There will be people on hand to answer your questions throughout the event, and if you can't find one of the volunteers (they wear vests marked "ASK ME" on the back) or a willing handler, there's an information booth and program as well.

Sheepdog trials go on rain or shine, cold or hot. Spectators are advised to dress for changeable weather and to bring their own lawn chairs — there are a small number of chairs and hay/straw bales available but they go fast.

Activities start at or before 8:00 each morning and continue until all the dogs have competed (typically around 5 PM).
